Attention CAJM Network!
On February 29th, the City and County Commissions will vote as the Blueprint IA Board whether to move forward a proposal championed by Capital Area Justice Ministry (CAJM) to include acquiring land for affordable rental housing as a Blueprint Infrastructure Project. The Blueprint program was established to enhance our “quality of life, natural environment and economic vitality.”
The vote next Thursday, 2/29 is a make-it or break-it moment! (If we are successful, the final vote will be held on May 16th.)
Whether you are on the housing committee or the gun violence committee (or no committee at all), please show up on 2/29 at City Hall wearing a green shirt at 2 PM, and bring at least 5 people from your congregation!
