The Capital Area Justice Ministry is Putting Love in Action
The Capital Area Justice Ministry is a diverse coalition of religious congregations and partners across the Tallahassee and surrounding area. Many congregations have come together to answer the scriptural call to “Do Justice.”
Our Mission
Currently working on housing, hunger and ending gun violence CAJM is a ministry of presence and persistence. We create people power to solve community problems at their root.
Our Events
Each year congregations gather in small groups to identify the problems we need to address. Research teams meet throughout the year to work on solutions with partners. CAJM members attend local government meetings, advisory councils and other gatherings. Annually, we hold a Nehemiah Action to call on public officials to create a more just and equitable community.
