CAJM Strategy Team Training

PURPOSE: Vision and equipping for the CAJM Way of enacting social change

We will hold training for current and potential strategy team members on two days, Part 1 and Part 2. We hope all strategy team members can attend at least one day, and most can attend both.

Training goals:

• Equipping for the CAJM Way of enacting social change
• Research roles & skills
• Best practices for diverse and strategic volunteer teams
• How change-making works in Tallahassee/Leon County
• Breakouts into strategy teams to apply the training and keep each team’s agenda moving forward
• Building collaboration, spiritual foundation, and narrative power

Training will provide:
